This is a great, easy-to-use app that is perfect for when I only have a few minutes to grab lunch. Next best thing to delivery!

Easy to use and convenient

As it stands this app is not worth the hassle. I downloaded it with a promotional code, and had the chance to try it out over the last week ordering lunch every day at the normal restaurants that I go to in downtown Chicago. Half of the time it actually took longer to get food than if I stood in line and ordered, once I waited 20 of the 25 minutes only for the restaurant to cancel my order because they were out of an ingredient. The restaurants themselves seem to be the larger issue here, not being able to handle the ritual orders in harmony with their normal walk-in business. The app itself isnt terribly clear either. Seems like it gets better once it knows what you normally get, but the initial discovery of places to eat is too clunky. The geolocation stuff is great, but when you work in the same building as the food, the orders SHOULD start right away. Sometimes it said it wont start until I am closer??? *Update* they were able to remove my credit card from my profile, leaving Apple Pay as the only payment method. So far great response from support. Shows they are actively working on the app to improve it!

I really like the app. Ritual has wide spread adoption at the restaurants. The customer service is excellent too.

Where have this app been all my life? I love how my order is waiting for me as soon as I come pick up. No line! No wait!

I dont like standing in line for lunch and I hate remembering various logins for the websites for all of my favorite restaurants to order online in advance downtown. Ritual is 10 min or less, can geolocate food spots near me and remember all of the random ingredients I want in my salad. Love it. Bonus is I can order breakfast while on the bus and the app knows when I am close enough for my order to be submitted to the restaurant. No more cold bfasts! (I clearly eat out too much. But this app makes it so much easier).

I use ritual every morning to order coffee. The coffee shop I like usually has a 15 minutes wait in line. I use the app to order coffee when Im two stops away on the train. By the time I get there, my coffee is ready.

Love the app!! Easy to use. I also reached out to support because I needed to change my email. They responded right away. They always make sure everything is straight and in order! I wish more people knew about the app. I highly recommend it.
