Nice app, helps you skip the lines and plan your order. The only downside though is you need to be very careful before you signup and make sure you choose the promocode you want, after you signup you will not be able to change it.

The "new" reward program is significantly less than before. Previous you get rewards every other order. With the new program, it sounds like a lot But if you work out the math, you need to spent >$650 even wth the "elite" reward program to get $10 off.

I preferred getting a discount on every other purchase at the places I liked as opposed to the new points based system requiring many more purchases before earning a redeemable credit. Why cant there be an option for both??

Need to spend waaay too much $$ to see any benefit with the new rewards program. If the goal is so far away, people wont care to strive for it. Come on ritual, its science. I used to order with the old rewards program every day without fail...now excuse me while I go pack a lunch for tomorrow.

Love using the Ritual app. Pretty much everyone restaurant I enjoy is there. Skipping a lineup makes my day everytime. And on the off chance there is ever an issue, the customer service is so fantastic and make it right immediately. Example... Today my salad was missing a hard boiled egg, so I mentioned that on my review... And was immediately contacted, with an apology for the oversight, and a credit was issued to my account for the missing item.

A co-worker sent me the sign-up and receive a discount incentive for Rituals. I used it to order food from Thai Express. The app is convenient, user-friendly and offers alot of variety. I can pre-order my lunch, pay for it and get notifications as to how far away I am...best part is I avoid long line-ups and wasting my lunch half-hour waiting for food

If you dont know what this is, GET IT.. an app that lets you skip the line, easily pay and get rewarded for getting others onboard (and a good rewards system that actually rewards you). I do wish there were more restaurants onboard, but its slowly growing. Customer service is top notch and it works all the time; perfectly.

The app is so bad that signing up my simple email and a password would not even work and resetting a password failed I completely deleted the whole thing off of my phone see you later.

Ive been using Ritual for almost two months. App was easy enough to set up. Love that I order my food and just pick up - no waiting in lines! App is detailed enough to customize your order too - because hey some of us are picky eaters! Refer to friends and you both get credits.

No? Deleted! P.S. Guys, I know times money. But do the smart thing and keep up with technology and security at the same time. Why would I want to trust YET another wanna-keep-my-credit/debit-card info?!!!

IPhone app is fine, but I like to browse on my iPad Pro in landscape mode. Doesnt work very well.

Hello, I had an issue with an order and I tried contacting Ritual support. My attempt took many tries and the level of customer service is not what I expected. Wont be using the app again.

Useless cant use my credits or Apple Pay on this app.

Great app. Flawless first time usage. Apple pay worked perfectly and the restaurant did its it bit too. Couldnt have asked for better.

This app is perfect for anyone who eats out often in the King west area and doesnt want to wait in line. Restaurant selection is great. Lots of variety. I use this app a lot and have not had in issues. Customer service is great. I had one bad lunch and was refunded and credited money. Love this app! Keep up the good work!
