So easy to use! I live downtown in an area where restaurants are in such abundance that it seems ridiculous to get delivery. I like that Ritual eliminates the woes of picking up food orders; dealing with money, trying to phone in an order during peak meal times, timing your walk accordingly so youre not waiting forever for your food. RITUAL offers great variety in the restaurants featured, and there seems to be more eateries added each week. Its terrific that users can provide instant feedback after each pick up. And further to that, the team at RITUAL seems to really care about users and values our business by the way they personalize each interaction, and consider thoughtfully the feedback you provided. If you have questions or comments, there is very accessible team to get in touch with, and a pleasure to interact with. The various RITUAL rewards are also an added bonus; theyre easy to earn and result in savings you can use on future orders - who doesnt like free food? I have use this app more than Id like to admit, ha ha, but I have yet to encounter a situation where my order was wrong or the timing didnt match up. Keep up the good work RITUAL! Im a happy customer.

Not having to get out my wallet is great. Just pickup and go. Would love to see Facebook sign in, a watch app, and a quick way to one-click order my favorites.

I skip the line sometimes for a discounted food item (because of deals on the app) that I otherwise would have been waiting in line to get, I dont see the downside. A win win situation for all! Best. App. Ever. I dont see why you wouldnt get this.

I use this app almost every time I need to grab a quick bite and dont have time to wait in line. Been using it since their beta and have been hooked since! Very good customer service too whenever an order doesnt go well.

Love this app! Saves so much time picking up lunch during work week! Only issue I had was over the weekend when I got a wrong order. Ritual customer service promptly addressed the issue and was responsive! Will continue to use this app and recommend to my friends and colleagues!

Easy and the customer support is amazing

Very easy to use. I will continue using Ritual but I do have a few suggestions for improvements that would make Ritual the #1 app for people: 1. Include rewards programs with restaurants - i.e. if I have a buy 10 get one free card for a coffee shop, id rather order and pay in person in order to use/get rewards 2. Have an option to "hide" closed restaurants so that they dont clog the feed. 2. If you have a student price card discount - add that (with verification of course) so that it can be applied at respective restaurants (i.e. second cup)

Got a promo code to dl the app and the store is temporarily unavailable so now I am trying to close my account and it is a big run around. Companies like this make it easy to sign up by clicking a few buttons to give it access to fb information but once they have it it is a big run around to try and get them to delete it from their database. If it takes a few clicks to signup it should be the same to remove myself.
