Could be good, not there yet.

As it stands this app is not worth the hassle.

I downloaded it with a promotional code, and had the chance to try it out over the last week ordering lunch every day at the normal restaurants that I go to in downtown Chicago. Half of the time it actually took longer to get food than if I stood in line and ordered, once I waited 20 of the 25 minutes only for the restaurant to cancel my order because they were out of an ingredient. The restaurants themselves seem to be the larger issue here, not being able to handle the ritual orders in harmony with their normal walk-in business.

The app itself isnt terribly clear either. Seems like it gets better once it knows what you normally get, but the initial discovery of places to eat is too clunky. The geolocation stuff is great, but when you work in the same building as the food, the orders SHOULD start right away. Sometimes it said it wont start until I am closer???

*Update* they were able to remove my credit card from my profile, leaving Apple Pay as the only payment method. So far great response from support. Shows they are actively working on the app to improve it!
