Love using the Ritual app. Pretty much everyone restaurant I enjoy is there. Skipping a lineup makes my day everytime. And on the off chance there is ever an issue, the customer service is so fantastic and make it right immediately. Example... Today my salad was missing a hard boiled egg, so I mentioned that on my review... And was immediately contacted, with an apology for the oversight, and a credit was issued to my account for the missing item.
